Reviews and Ratings
I am thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The location is fabulous, offering stunning views of the port and marina. While the room was just good enough for four of us to sleep comfortably, it didn't quite match the luxury and spaciousness we anticipated. The service by the manager and staff was top-notch, making us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. The location is truly amazing, being close to Portofino and just a short stroll from the center of San Margherita and the beach. However, the taxi fare back to the station was unexpectedly high for a short ride. The dining experience was a bit lacking, with very few choices available, though the traditional bread was a nice touch.
The hotel is situated across the street from the bay, offering a simply beautiful view but the room was a bit small with a partially blocked balcony view. Despite that, the room was clean and provided a stunning view of the bay of Santa Marguerita, facing the water with a lovely terrace for morning coffees.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were very small with very little wardrobe space, the location was quite good with a sea view and a balcony. The service was helpful, although some staff seemed to find it hard to smile. The dining options were simple and in need of an upgrade, but the prime location right in front of the marina offered stunning views.
The hotel had a fantastic view facing the sea at any time of the day, but the rooms felt a bit small and the wood paneling was a touch dated. The service was excellent, especially the reception staff and Rafaella in the bar, who were lovely and helpful. The location was magnificent for easy commuting to Portofino and Cinque Terre, though the taxi back to the station was a bit pricey for a short ride. The dining experience was really disappointing with limited choices, and there was room for improvement in the breakfast options. However, the hotel's convenient location and wonderful view outweighed some of the shortcomings.
The hotel offers stunning views of the harbor and a large terrace, with spacious and clean rooms. The service was fantastic with friendly and efficient staff. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the marina and close to essential amenities. The dining experience could be improved to match the hotel's standard. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was unforgettable thanks to the spacious balcony with amazing marina views. The extra sofa bed was a nice touch. However, there were some issues with the service that needed improvement.
